Hi, I'm Berna. (In English, my name is pronounced as "Bair-nah.") I'm the founder of Berdem Pasta.
I studied landscape architecture at university and began practicing my profession in Turkey after graduating. However, I later went to the United States and worked in the fields of landscape architecture, tourism, and hospitality for six years. During this time, I became interested in pastry-making as a hobby, and my passion for this industry grew stronger every day.
Upon my return, I realized that my true calling was to make pastries and cookies, adding flavor to people's tongues and smiles to their faces. Thus, my pastry-making experience that began in the early 2000s turned into a business with the opening of my cake shop in 2014.
Since then, at Berdem Pasta, we have been offering carefully prepared cakes and cookies made with only the highest quality ingredients to our valued customers. Every flavor we create is designed to enhance your happiness, leaving an unforgettable taste in your mouth with our creative touches.

The place that increased my daughter's happiness on all of her birthdays... The figures on the cakes are very successful, the materials used are extremely high quality and fresh. Cakes are made to meet all our requests. Berna is very caring and makes you very happy with her suggestions.

I've found Berdem Butik Pastries shop on the internet and i found The Lady Owner responded immediately I ordered the Marzipan Birthday Cake for My BF..She did the great great jobs and all perfect for the big round Sandwiches,Mini Sandwiches,Mini Cake and Macarons..Thank you for your professional and awesome works!!

İnstagramdan bulup verdiğim siparişimi özenle hazırlamanın yanı sıra , ilgi ve alaka olarak çok güzel bir müessese. İstanbuldan sipariş vermeme rağmen gözüm hiç arkada kalmadı. İstediğim görselin daha da güzelini hazırladılar üstelik kapıya kadar da teslim. Kesinlikle bundan sonra çalışmaya severek devam edeceğim.

Nişan pastası siparişi için araştırmalarım sırasında Berdem Butik Pasta internet sayfasına denk geldim. Berna hanım ile çalışma kararımda burada yazılan yorumlar çok etkili oldu. Umarım benim gibi arayışta olanlar, özel günlerinde masalarında harika bir "başrol" görmek isteyenler Berna hanımı keşfeder. Herkese tavsiye ederim. Pastamız gerek gorüntüsü gerek tadı bakımından muhteşemdi!!! Akşamımıza renk kattı, tat kattı. Deneyen herkes bayıldı! Berna hanımın tatlılığının, kibarlığının ve profesyonelliğinin ayrıca altını çizmek istiyorum. Tüm sorularıma kapsamlı cevaplar verdi, isteklerime çözümler buldu. Pastayı tam anlaştığımız saatte evime kadar kendisi getirdi. Herşey için çok çok teşekkür ediyorum.
